Ovde nema sumnjivih procesa.

Koliko vidim koristite avast, a uz njega bih vam preporučio još neki antispyware ili firewall program.
Takodje, preporučujem vam da odete u control panel ~ add/remove programs i odatle izbacite neke aplikacije i programe koje mogu samo da vam usporavaju računar (npr. bittorent toolbar).

Instalirajte free malwarebytes, uradite update i skenirajte računar.
Kada završi skeniranje, proverite šta je pronašao od štetnih fajlova i obrišite ih.

Onda idite u control panel, add/removes program i deinstalirajte sve toolbarove.
